Upgrading a Coffin or Casket
Mears Repatriation offer a wide range of coffins and caskets suitable for international transportation of the deceased. All coffins are offered with a removable zinc lining to create a hermetic (airtight) seal as required by IATA (International Air Transport Association) regulations. Our repatriation caskets have a built-in sealing system, so a zinc lining is not required.
Some of our most popular casket choices are shown below, please click on the images to reveal more detail. As you make your selection, the all-inclusive price at the top of the screen will be updated automatically. Please don't worry if you are not yet ready to make a final choice, we can finalise your decision later in the process.
The Michelangelo hardwood casket is one of our most popular selections.
Available with or without the 'Last Supper' insert within the lid, the workmanship and fittings are of the highest quality.
Sometimes the legal and regulatory complexity of a repatriation can seem a little daunting, so we try to keep things as simple as possible.
We breakdown every element of our pricing so you can see exactly what you are paying for and, should you decide to entrust us with your repatriation, you will be looked after by one named member of our staff throughout. You will also have access to our exclusive Repatriation Progress Tracking tool, making it easy to follow every stage of your loved one's journey to their final place of rest.
