We use professional training programs offered by trade associations such as the NAFD where appropriate, for example to keep abreast of the latest developments in important areas such as "green funerals" and the environment.
But just as important is the specialist knowledge and customer service ethos that permeates the whole Group, encouraged and sustained through regular "best practice" meetings and staff secondments to other parts of the organisation.
